We, the members of local 1120 of AFSCME, Commit to a faculty and Administration who perpetuates Arkansas State University as a learning institution that guarantees educational value to all its students. As guardians of public funds and trust, we exist as a continuous body that provides the most professional, dedicated and cost effective work force possible. For this we expect fair and balanced compensation that provides a continuing life style for all positions.
